33 year old male was admitted with complaints of vomiting and chest pain. His report showed ECG s/o Acute Inferior wall Heart attack.

So he was given thrombolytic drug and angiography done suggestive of proximal RCA thrombotic 20-30 % lesion and proximal to Mid LAD having Spontaneous Coronary Artery dissection (SCAD).  Dr. Vaibhav Patil – Cardiologist in Pune performed angioplasty to Proximal to mid Left anterior descending coronary artery. Post procedure the patient got discharged on second day in stable condition
