First Rotablation angioplasty done at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College and Hospital by Dr. Vaibhav B Patil- Associate Professor in department of Cardiology.73 year old male was with highly calcification proximal left coronary artery with 90-95 % stenosis.

Patient underwent successful Rotablation with Angioplasty to Proximal LAD .The procedure was uneventful and patient got discharged on 3rd day.
